Here, movement meets good energy. Our small group classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen and leave you buzzing with confidence. Whether you’re new to Pilates or deep into your practice, you’ll feel supported, seen and inspired every time you step into the studio.

About Emily Harlow
Emily Harlow is a passionate Pilates instructor, mover and mum of two who brings a fun, down-to-earth energy to every class.
Originally from the Central Coast, Emily spent years singing and dancing her way through life — training and performing in Sydney before discovering her true calling in Pilates. What began as a way to support her dancing quickly became so much more — a practice that strengthened her body, steadied her mind, and inspired her to help others feel the same connection.
Trained through Authentic Pilates Education International under the guidance of Olga Tamara, Emily’s teaching is grounded in classical Pilates, with her own creative, feel-good twist.
Now happily settled in Pacific Palms, Emily has spent the past few years building The Place…for every body into a welcoming community where movement meets joy. Her classes are full of encouragement, laughter and the perfect balance of challenge and flow — leaving you feeling stronger, more grounded and inspired to keep moving.
Classes

Mat
Limited to 8 people our mat classes combine a mixture of traditional and contemporary pilates repertoire, creating a challenging class using props like the magic circle and small soft ball. Mat pilates is great for the longevity of your body, working on strength and flexibility, creating long and lean muscles.

Reformer
Our reformer classes will leave no muscle left untouched. With the added challenge of a moving carriage and a spring system to add resistance and challenge, you will forever be amazed at what this apparatus can do! The results speak for themselves. Class limited to 6 people.

Barre
Feel the burn and lift your heart rate in our Barre class. A full body workout using a ballet barre to assist with balance while you squat, dance and pulse your way through the class. Light hand weights and props are used during the class for that extra challenge. Class limited to 6 people.

Stretch
A therapeutic stretch style class that is designed to elongate tight muscles, increase flexibility, encourage a steady flow of energy, plus lessen any physical and emotional stress within the body.
This 60 minute class offers an opportunity to unwind and create a deeper sense of connection to the body, mind and heart.
This class is suitable for all levels including pregnancy.
